Well, here's a funny story. It's about a mostly CiV player who decides to revisit BtS, after seeing a certain, ongoing, epic tale. Now this Civ player is now playing his first game of BtS in about a year.
And here's where the funniness begins. You see, this Civ lover happens to have made the somewhat moronic decision to not just play BtS, but RFC.
...And this is the result
Our story begins when he selects the Maya (1800 BCE start).
But, as a part time cultist, he cannot allow them to continue to be addressed this way. So it is now Ork of the Cultists who leads this new pseudo-civilization to glory...or ruin.... probably ruin....

The Cultic empire at some point in time:
Sadly, for blood cultists, lack of combat is a major sin, luckily, a wolf decides to get in the way of a few club-happy murderers. There were feasts for days afterwards.
And so the wonderspam begins:
Well, at any rate, history is now broken. I believe that this will occur frequently from here on out.
MOAR WONDERSPAM!!!
And so the many new civilizations spring into being, starting with le VIKINGS!!!
Egyptians? Who the by Cthulhu are they?
Stability? Ah yes, the mass sacrifices tend to aid that.

Surprise barb assaults resulted in the training of soldiers at the cost of a few... shall we say... slaves.
