I think, at least for the start while we get the hang of it, every category of thing should be broken down into, say, five sub-categories. This has been suggeted for some things like housing I know, but I mean for everything. Just say for food we have:
100g - Caviar, Lobster
60g - Nutmeg, Avacvado dip
40g - Steak
20g - Icecream
5g - dirt and water
(you get the idea)
we could have examples of what kind of car, or ship, or house would be in each category. People could select one of the suggestions or request something else. The person in charge of that could determine what category it would fall into, and charge accordingly. This makes it much easier to process, but still offers people the chance to buy whatever they like!! Plus it would be easier to work out an average standard of housing etc.
This simple base makes it easier to add complexity later, like:
You can't have a level 3 vahicle (large car) untill you have a level 2 house (garage).
or you can't order a level 5 food (lobster) without a nice table
or if you have a fast (ie expensive) vehicle you can go between cities faster.
If we have different pricings and categories for everything it will be very difficult. That's how you have your Spanish Mansion.

all of the items which we are selling which are in RL carriable i will be selling at about half price.BUT if you get caught buying the stuff of me 
strider will come down on you like a tonne of bricks (or i happen to accidently report you)
