No. there are many forms of language in midle earth. pull out your copy of the return of the king you keep handy with you at all times, and turn to the appendixes...

There was the common tongue, Westron, derivated from the old númenorean language, that was spoken by almost every people in the known world. However, most peoples (even those who spoke Westron) had their own language: the Elves, the Dwarves, the Rohirrim (whose language is very alike the Westron - Tolkien used Old-English to represent this relation, as English represents the Westron -; the Haradrim, Easterlings and Orcs had several tongues (as they were divided in many tribes).

i heard something about language and alphabet invented by Tolkien. Tangor, or something like that.. does anyone have any kwonledge about it?

Wow, tengwar are easy, but Quenya as a language is really hard (as hard as a more "common" language, and harder to found people to practice). Could you do some simple sentences for the Elven leaders diplo?

Tengwar are simple, just a few hours and you may get some practice on it. The amazing is that he speaks Quenya!
