The game won't start!! Please help!

Ppl help please! I have installed the 5.12 patch and everything, but when i start the game, the game crashes and i get something like: civilization 4 has encountered a problem and needs to shut down. What do i have to do to make the game start?

Here's my DxDiag! I heard that this game is really awesome and I really want to play it so any suggestion is welcome. thanks =)

I would increase your pagefile size first upto 2Gb if you can. Another 256mb of RAM might help too, if you can to go 1Gb with the system RAM. It will help no end. It might be loading but running out of memory so it crashes out. Also, try turning on the Memsaver in the Civ config file.
