Letum Frigus supplying Water (or Dimensional?!) mana sounds like a good idea.
On a slightly different note then does anyone know if the permanent improvements (like Letum Frigus) are placed on the map before or after the players start positions are determined (FlavorMap python script etc.)?
Basicly I would like to know since I want to add a FlavorMap check against the vicinity of those improvements - to make it more/less likely for some races to start nearby some of them.
