Notes: Hey, this is my first thread here! I'm relatively new to the Civ 5, also, so forgive me if I seem inexperienced. Also, if this is in the wrong place, please let me know where it is after you move it, if you can! Thanks! :) This is an AI war story, sort of like the one thenyanmaster did on reddit. I read part of it, but the screenshots took much to long to load so I just didn't read more than a few pages. Still, I read an article about what he's done, and decided to try it myself! However, this has a bit of a twist on it...(Just so you know, I'm not very religious, so excuse my lack of knowledge of the entity I am impersonating. This is meant to be more comedy-like than religious-like. And, uh, just so you know, I ignore hate.)

*Ahem*

THE LORD'S LOG OF WARS

...Begins here.

I am God. Of course, you all already knew that, didn't you. Well, what you probably didn't know is that I can also watch other dimensions other than my own creations. For example, Lord Firaxis, a fellow god, has created the Civilization dimension, and 5 versions of it, for that matter! I am here today to give all you petty humans a chance to see what I can see of the Civilization dimension! Be honored that you can see my great power! And never forget that...I will always *cough* hate you all...

Hi Echolagoon :salute:

Welcome to Civfanatics!

My advice is just to get straight on with the game. If you post it, they will come :)

Also, any reason why you're only using 12 civilizations? If it was me I'd go for at least 20 civs on a huge map.

Civ5 or Civ4 is probably better for this, as from what I recall of Civ3, the whole world gets colonised VERY quickly.

And finally, I'm wondering why you're not playing Conquests if you're going with Civ3 - if you're a new player I assume you have the gold/complete version??

My guess is the "Play The World" map was misinterpreted as the expansion to Civ3. But I'll subscribe nonetheless!

...This is civ 5. >.< I don't know why the mod moved it, I don't see anywhere where I put civ 3, and if I did it was a typo. O.O
Moved it because it wasn't a Never Ending Story. Now have moved it to Civ5.

Placed it in Civ3 because the only identifier in your title was Play the World, it is an expansion of CivIII.

So now we have it where it belongs. Best of luck.

@Toxicman007

Apologies, I didn't give you thanks you deserved. Thank you for subscribing. :)

@leif erikson

Thanks, I appreciate your well-wishes.

@Daftpanzer

Sorry, I practically ignored all of your post besides the Civ 3 parts. I appreciate the advice, but I think I'll wait before posting. I mainly want to make sure my writing is worth while, as I put a lot of time and effort into my writing. The first post was mainly just a comedy show-off to get people enticed in the story, and while the rest of the story will likely have some comedy, what with God being the host, It will be a bit more down-to-business than the first post. As for the rest of your post, I appreciate your welcoming, I can already see that this is a very warm community here! Besides that, not sure if this still applies to Civ 5, but I actually do have a reason for using 12 civilizations rather than 20. My personal play style suggests that I don't like having territories back-to-back. In other words, I don't like their territories to be right up against each other. This is the first time I've tried with less than 20 Civs on a huge map, so I'm not quite sure if it will work the way I intend it to, but I'm hoping there will at least be 3-4 tiles between each territory in most places, preferably more.

Anyways, I'm pretty sure we've already established that the rest of your post has been rendered misinformed, so....Yeah. :/

@Everyone

We have 3 posts by different people! 2 more to go! Whoop whoop!

I like the theme of the story so far, but why no barbarians and no city states? Remember, any great god whom loves his chosen people, must have some lawlessness to contend with (ie, the Barbarians). As well as, some minor support characters in the form of City States. But I am very interested in your writing so far.
