The new bloom mechanic

So I just finished a game with Svaltar (sp?), Dark Elves. I got FoL and it is definitely nice not to have to do all the micromanaging of chopping, bloom to create trees, then building on them (and singing them songs to help them grow). However, I'd like to request the mechanic be changed in the following way.

Remove the delay after casting bloom. If you'd like, please feel free to add an additional turn it takes to cast. Here is the reason. I had an army of FoL priests casting bloom. Here is how it worked.

1) Cast bloom
2) Finishing casting bloom
3) Move unit, (but can't cast bloom till next turn) hit space bar.
4) Cast new bloom.

It would reduce the amount of fiddly unit manipulation if step 1 took longer but I could recast bloom as soon as I could move the unit.
