:king: No problem, I love your scenario and I think that a Correct resources placement can improve the game. Imagine the powers in war for the resources.

Usually you have a lot of one resource in one area, and none in the rest of the continent or the world...

This plus diplomacy with conquest could create a wonderful scenario.

If someone thinks that some information is worng let me know, I will be more than happy to discuss the difference. Maybe I'm worng. And please helpme with the Saltpeter

1- Uranium in Gabon (near libreville)
2- Uranium in Namibia ( Near walvis Bay)

I decided to put 1.2 up, and it is now ready to download on the first page of this thread. It adds many resources to africa as described the posts done above and it also adds a great deal of tweaks to costs. most units now cost far less that before and there are more production bonuses, enjoy!

I'm thinking to use the deposits of a few non-metalic minerals to simulate the Saltpeter arround the world.

This solution is a middle-way to my problem with the saltpeter, because I don't know how to place this resource in the world. And I would like to be accurate and no random with all the resource.

The non-metalic minerals can be: Nitrate, Potassium, Phosphate, sulfur... that usually don't have any place in the maps.

What the people think about my idea?

:) :) :) :)

Am I crazy?:wallbash: or just insane:jump:

Sarevok, please be patien I only did a few resources in Africa. Give me time and I'll do the same for all the continents.

What do you think about my idea to work with the saltpeter?

PD: I usually only can work in this the weekends, that's the problem with the bills, you need a real work to pay them....

Wow this sounds like a great game however i will noy be able to down load it for 2 weeks to 5 in a half months. and i just wanted to know if you could post some unit details and screen shots when you have the time of corse.

you can keep going metacomet, i didnt know what came through my head, but after all those changes i decided to post a new version. you can keep going though.

Welcome Happyman, Ill see what i can do, but i have a ridiculously busy schedule.

Thank you for considering what i have asked even tho your schedule is very busy givin all those mods your making

there isnt a modpack in use actually, this scenario uses the traditional unit and terrain graphics, but the rules have been VERY heavily modded to make this a very fun scenario that covers the period between 1914 to present day. But im my opinion, you should wait for the conquests version.

oh i did not know that wow

i hope you are having fun making all those scenerios

YES i just preorderd conquests

Sarevok, what happen with the oil in South Africa, I really think that we need to include this to represent the diposits in the south african coast.

And you don't need to change te terrain to include the resource, just include the resource in the terrain properties. Not all the oil in the world is in desert or tundra.

1- No Saltpeter in Ethiopia Sudan (near Asmera Addis Abeba)
2- One in West Sahara (near rio de oro)
3- one in Egypt (near el Cairo)
4- one in togo (near Lome)
5- one in Senegal (near Dakar)
6- One in Zimbabwe (near zimbabwe)
7- two in South Africa (near Johanesbourg and near Cape town)
8- one near Algiers

1- one near Fez
2- two in South Africa (one near Cape twon one near Durban)

I was loooking the map and you still have a lot of resources that don't exist in the real world, like the oil in Somalia. Do you think in keep this resources or are you thinking to remove all this in the future:crazyeye:

I almost forgot to say but the other treat is a big mistake, and I still don't know how i did That:hammer:

But i hope that one admin can clean all my mistake:help: ...

I'm so sorry to do that...jajajaja....:nono: :aargh: I,m getting old or something:suicide:
