[NFP] The One Thing

The one thing would be updates to the early tech tree. I feels like your better off picking Knights or Crossbows and just beelining them, or if you are isolated with coast going for ship.
It doesn't feel like i'm making individual decision on what techs to research.

I feel techs and civics should take longer and production should stay the same. Also the calendar needs to be slower on longer times.
Basicly give me more time to play with my units and buildings and don't make it the norm to be launching spaceships in 1650 A.D.
