I'll be out of town till sunday evening (currently friday evening in my timezone), so if the server goes down in that time TOO FREAKIN' BAD!

I should be able to take my turn during that time though so I won't hold things up, depending on when the turn ends.

As far as I can tell it's fine, I can get in (so the server's up) and my net connection is up.

Well there's only 4 hours left on this turn and I'm going to bed so I had to take my turn (which was basically a double move during war) since Spain hasn't taken their turn yet...

So Spain has finished his turn (ending the turns) and then took another one, so he took another DM in the war versus German and I. This is something that is definitely against the rules in the game and I am not happy to see it happen a second time.

Also, with the previous Spanish ruler I was always moving first and then he would move afterwards since he was able to take his turns at that time and I was not. This is a pattern that I hope I can keep with the new Spanish ruler.

You will of course need to make a new arrangement as to the order of your turns, since Classical_hero most likely takes his turns at a different time than Agemo did.

That's all well and good and I don't have a problem doing that, but the double turn twice doesn't really matter what order we've taken our turns in...

Not really... A double move is basically getting an unfair advantage by getting to attack twice without retaliation... At least if Spain was AI they would move first every turn... Not move last, and then move again before your enemies got to react...

No exploiting the double turns, seriously. Now that I have supreme military power I will start enforcing this rule in-game, which means my numerous tank divisions razing your cities.

As you can see, there is no way I can exploit the Double turn.

So yet again Spain makes a double move... This is the third time that this has happened since he has taken over Spain... Very bad form, no matter what his empire's position is... While the outlook for the Spanish Empire is indeed not too bright and about to be overrun, it is not acceptable... I vote that Classical Hero be removed and put Spain on AI unless an honorable person can take over the helm of Spain...

Fines, payable in gold to the other civ (I've done this before when Germany double turned Russia).

But yes, in-game enforcement is much more amusing
