The REAL MoO 2 sequel?

3 weeks ago I've seen a signature, with a link to a quite interesting game, which seemed to have the features most people hoped for, when they waited for MoO 3.

I've forgotten it's name

Does anybody know what it's called?

It'll be released at march 23th.

It's called Galactic Civilizations.
