What is the way of waging the war of governments in Civilization III? Where fundamentalism was key in Civilization II, that option has been omitted since. So, what's the new warmonger's government?

Just wondering for your opinions.

Edit: I voted for Monarchy. It's a trade-off between some corruption problems, war weariness, and being able to rush units for cash later in the game.

From all the previous thread on, communism, corruption and my gaming experience, i would say.

1.- If you are UNDER attack, republic( even democraty with women suffrage) is the best.
2.- if you want to DECLARE war from old age to end of industrial age, monarchy is the best.
3.- If you are fully devlopped( 12 city with factory+hoverdam, courthouse+police station) and into modern age or very close to, then communism is the best if you want to DECLARE war. It especialy thrue if you got some city on other continent.

Communism's not bad if you're invading cities on another continent. Why do you want unproductive and revolting cities when you can rush your citizens into military units? Genocide? Nah, it's Civilization! ;)

As I tend to be a warmonger, I lean toward Rupublic. Its a compromise between communism and democracy. Less war weariness than democracy and less corruption than communism.
I've hardly ever had to mobilize so I don't lose out on cuture and being able to build cultured buildings to keep the populace with me and happy.
