yup - it was where the new girl came to lisa's class, who out-shined her in everything - and in a jealous rage lisa destroyed her diarhama - (ralph's was a bunch of star wars figures in a box - hence he bent his wookie) - at the end of the episode ralph, lisa, and the new girl are walking home from school, and lisa and the other girl were playing a complex word game, and asked ralph to join in, and he uttered his famous "my cat's breath smells like cat food"

This one was mine originally, but since no one's completely gotten it, I'll go ahead answer it. It was Mr Burns, in the episode where he was trying to get the townsfolk to like him. In the end, he decided he didn't want to be liked, because you had to be nice to people.
