The Temple/monastary glitch

So occasionally in my civ4 btw games i come across a very convienent glitch that adds +2 production onto the current bonuses of those buildings (being a +1 happiness or science bonus). This even applies to the religious buildings that require 3 temples, giving you a massive +6 production in some of your cities. Since i searched for other threads and found nothing on this topic i decided to toss out my first post on this glitch/bonus.
The only other details i have been provide are that it also works in rhyes and fall, and is amazing for when your british (makes any city freaking sweet)
Oh, and it also works in multiplayer games, pisses my brother off... ill be posting more on this once i figure out more

This is no bug. The Apostolic Palace grants +2:hammers: for every building (temple, monastery, cathedral) of the AP Religion once it is build. This applies to all players. So if the Apostolic Palace was build by a Buddhist Civilization then all Buddhist temples, monasteries and cathedrals will grant +2:hammers:.

from the patch change list (patch should be out anytime now):

Updated Apostolic Palace civilopedia text to show that all members receive the religious building production bonus, unless they defy a resolution.
