Here is the forum for the third millenium mod. It is in developpement, but you can try what i have done yet.


The version 0.3 is avalaible (contains the two first eras, see readme and post #13)
The mod is split into 4 zip files
part 1 (2.7 mb)
part 2 (2.6 mb)
part 3 (2.7 mb)

The part 4 contains the civilopedia, the .bix file and the readme. I didn't include it in the other parts because it is easier to change it. This is the attached file named "Critical files.zip"

I do this mod alone and this is my first one so any help would be very usefull:
-This is a discussion thread so please say something
-I have some questions and requests (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=131114)
-Please post your suggestions and comments.
-It is very hard to find futuristic graphics. If you know a way to find them, post it.
-Many names need to be changed.
-I need suggestions for techs.

I use version 1.04f of civ3 PtW (i think it can be played with any version of PTW. Please tell me if it can be played with others versions.)

I will probably recreate this mod for civ4 after it is released.

Nice to see a sci-fi mod though, there aren't many of those. Good luck! :)
 
The version 0.3 is now done.

Added:
-Age 2 (includes 26 tech, 19 units, 10 buildings, 2 wonders, 1 small wonder and 2 governments)
-1 Age 1 unit (defense turret)
-3 Age 1 wonders
-1 age 1 small wonder (particle accelerator)
-Civilopedia for the new things (except advances)

Missing:
-The civilisations
-The graphics for the new units and buildings (version 0.4)

-The civilopedia icons (maybe version 0.4)

-Many things I don't know (some in version 0.4)
-The technologies and ressources civilopedia (redirected to the most important things to know about) (maybe version 0.4)

How about you put some nations and some aliens, or have aliens instead of barbarians. Or you could make aliens a resource or advanced barbarian. but keep humans. I like humans.
