King Louis, Emperor of France and all it's colonies today signed a new law to start the French colonization project. Soon our country will prosper from all the riches from our colonies. This is a period of trade and science. King Louis hopes all European kings will see that this new land is big enough for all of us and there is no need to fight against each other. Let's honour the peace treaties we have signed to the benefit for all of us.

Do you have any ideas who would do this? What did Carlos say in Spanish earlier is he comming back? I have been advertising since last saturday. I would be happy to play the dutch since Im the English in the "Second or Another " Colonies PBEM. The dutch go first so we would have to restart.

I can wait but only so long. Any more takers out there?

As long as you are Ok with the Dutch being played by the AI for the first turn. Hey if you dont really want to do it we will understand. I just figured you couldn't resist another pbem with the reigning bump king.

Note added later: The Dutch come after England I double checked the scenario after this post so When Darius plays it will be his first turn.

The rest are played by the AI.

The more people involved the better chance of breakdown in the PBEM.

The Great British Empire begins to set up trade routes between the old and new worlds. Loyal Clansman defeat and destroy traiterous Scottish rebels from the McKnapowski clan north of Newcastle. Not much else to report.

Darius you are next, and this is not an official bump just a reminder because of the new game commencing. Although you know what an atrocious bumper I am.

PS: Could we use the following convention for the files:

civilization_3_year.

The three for the Third Colonies PBEM. This will help us to keep the files straight since I believe most of us are in more than one Colonies PBEM.
