so i tell the worker to construct a quarry or mine, and then he constructs it. but then the game help suggest to build another mine in the same spot.

is this a bug, it happens with farms too. i construct a farm and i have to tell the worker to construct a farm once more. this is in Multiplayer, not sure if its isolated to just multiplayer.

It happens when an enemy nearby is spotted, so you are given opportunity to move the worker away. It is quite annoying. I mean it is helpful sometimes, but most of the time it's not. If there was an option to disable it, I'd do that instantly and I and everyone else would learn quickly to actually look for your workers yourself (you kinda have to anyway, as cavalry is already able to take your workers before they stop working).

It's certainly not a bug, it's a warning...

It means that there is an enemy near that might be able to steal your worker, and gives you the time and warning to be able to move your worker, if necessary... although they are not always THAT close, I for one, occasionally miss it, and would keep this feature running, even if there was an option.

I think it's if an enemy is within four tiles. That seems too big, though, because normally that won't actually present any danger to your unit. There is a bit of an annoyance (though I'd hesitate to call it a fully-fledged 'bug') in that even if you've already killed the enemy earlier in the turn (and so eliminated any danger), you'll have to reissue the order for your worker.
