I have a brand new high tech game computer but cant play on the highest resolution since the update that have come wont update my Civ 5 automatically as it says!

Have to play on low res now ! That Sux .. pissing me off!

And on the game box it says that i will get some free maps to downloaf from steam, but there are no maps, damn false marketing..!!

This displays why i should've never bought this game, download for free is the best i guess then i will get everything i need..

And thanks civ 5 crew and steam crew for not answering my mail!

Anyone that have the same issues or know how to fix this?

You should start with posting your specs, as that is more helpful in diagnosing your issues than your whining.

I bought the CD version, registered it with Steam, and got the map pak immediately. Did you follow the instructions? If you did, then you should contact Steam tech support.
