768 mb ram
Geforce 4 FX 5500, drivers updated.....
SB Live! drivers updated....
Defragged computer, did ram cleaning with iolo software, set video aperature at max, nothing running in the background, reinstalled the game.....
....get like .001 FPS....
What am I missing? If my computer is above the min reqs, you'd think I would at least be able to play the damn thing..
Something I noticed is that in the task manager, windows has set it to below average priority. I try to raise it but once I bring up the game it resets itself....any ideas?

as a tack on note, all setting in game are on the lowest
