Keith Prossick posted it in our FB group. If anyone new peviously i'm surprised i've never seen it mentioned on social media until now.

It seems to be a general text-to-speech accessibility feature, it works on tooltips and other UI elements. Unfortunately the pronunciation seems to be hit and miss even for the perhaps more well-known languages like French, Spanish, Mandarin.
