To format or not to format? That is the question

On a forum on another site I posted a message asking for urgent help with my computer. But hardly any people are online there, so I've had no answers yet. So I'm here wondering if any of the people here can.

If your Windows 98 installation is old couple years, best you can do for it is to re-format. Since you have CD writer you can save some data you need on CD.

You should format the computer regularly IMO.
