I have a problem where tooltips do not always appear. The problem is that the mouse hovers over something (a tech, a unit etc.) and the tooltip explaining it does not appear. Instead, i can see at the lower left corner a tooltip for whatever is below the current window (e.g. the terrain).
I would appreciate any help.
