My Civ4 Warlords works only for about 5 mins or so, until the game completely locks up and i can't ctrl + alt + del or alt+tab out or anything. I have to restart my computer.
Yesterday i got BTS cause i heard that it fixes some problems. Now I can play quite well until saving, then the game does the same as above.
When i try to load the save it CTDs and i get this error:

I have:
1,5 Gb Ram
ATI Radeon X1650 Pro
AMD Athlon XP 2600+
1.92 Ghz
I remember it working fine some years ago when having a Radeon 9200 SE and 512 Mb Ram.
Any ideas?
EDIT: Just played till turn 61 in windowed mode, all graphics low, and the hole computer just froze again.
