I have a problem and I called the help line but had trouble understanding the person on the other end. Something is wrong with my video card?!? And I am not sure how to fix it. My map is black and the leaders just have eyes and mouths, little freaky!

yeah, look around the forum, a lot of people have the same issues at varying degrees. there are some "fixes", but your best bet (hopefully) is the upcomming patch. It's schedule for the second/third week of Feb (according to Zydor) if nothing is wrong in testing.

I do have a viedo card! This computer is not that old. I have a freaking viedo card. Trust me.

See, how it lists only one "Display Device", which is an IGP, and not a video card.
