Touch screen issues

I played a lot of BNW on my Windows 8 touch machine and it worked well. Lately, I've been having issues. It is sometimes difficult to select a unit and make it move. Sometimes exiting the game and restarting it solves the problem temporarily.

I don't know if it is my PC or the Fall Patch. I also recently updated to Windows 8.1 and I can't remember if I had the issue with the fall patch while using Windows 8.

Anyone else using touch and having issues?
