Trade deals cancelled. "you're now at war". but... we're not at war!

I spent a fair bit of dosh (typical lop-sided research agreement with the AI) to get a research agreement with Oda Nob.

I was surprised to see that it was cancelled ~20 turns into the agreement. I check to see why, and it says because we're now at war. Funny, as we're not at war. In fact, we're good mates.

Save file attached. Check deal history if you like, then end turn.

I had the same effect in a game about 2 weeks ago: the game aborted 2 RA with the japanese pretending we were at war although it was never the case (but the japanese were at war with another civ)
But I could not reproduce it.

I had the samething happen with Mongolia - in the same turn that he ask me for Ivory after cancelling an RA "while at war".

I have not been able to reproduce it. And when I reloaded the game and reran the three turns leading up to the RA being cancelled, it didn't happen a second time but Mongolia still ask for Ivory.

in the joined game I'm a friend of the japanese and we've concluded a RA and we also trade some luxuries.
Hitting 'next turn', hiawatha (who's is at war with japan) will ask if you really attack Russia. If you accept, the game will abort the RA and the trades with Japan pretending you're at war with Japan but it's totally wrong!

Strange. I loaded this save, and it acts correctly, declaring war on Catherine. Does it reproduce for you?

yes, I tried before posting and I retried today.

here is a screenshot after the next turn has been computed (it is a quite complex turn so it lasts about 30s on my PC, in particular because of the combat animations)



as you can see, all the warning messages on the right are the RA and trade abort messages regarding Japan (e.g. the tooltip on the bottom right means in french that the RA with Japan was aborted because we're at war )

maybe it's a RT problem occuring only on "slow" PCs.
