Trade embargos

Is there a way to get other civs to stop an embargo after the requisite 20 turns? I initiated an embargo against the Persians with the Zulus and was unable to find a way to discontinue it.

Initiate talks with the Zulus. Then, down at the bottom of the window, click on 'Active'. You should see the embargo listed there. Click on the embargo to remove it.
