Transcendence Bonus Buildings

Going for the Transcendence Victory with Building the Mind Flower, bonus buildings don't do anything after the mind flower is done building.

While the Mind Flower was in the process of being build, i also build a bunch of the bonus buildings (mind stems and xeno sanctuaries) to speed up the victory progress, as suggested. When the Mind Flower was done building, it started with a timer of 19 turns instead of 30, which was what i expected, because i had 11 bonus buildings in total.

But any mind stems or sanctuaries i build after that didn't do anything to the countdown timer. (which coincidental, might have lost me the game).

I had the same issue, instead i had 12 of those bonus buildings ready when the Mind Flower was built and my timer started from 20 turns.. After that i built two more mind stems and xeno sanctuaries with no effect to the timer.
 
Sure, i had a save anyway, because i tried it out if it was repeatable.

The attached file should be the turn before the mindflower is done. you can count the number of bonus buildings i have (should be 10+1 build the same turn as the flower). Also there should be some more buildings in the work that would be done shortly after the mindflower.

Mindflower is being build in Prospérité and should be slightly to left of it on the map.


Also, sort of related: the bonus buildings talk about "adding points" to the victory, while they actually reduce the timer by 1. Wording is a bit ambiguous and confusing, which is why i initially wasn't sure if the buildings were actually broken or if i just misunderstood what they were supposed to do.
