Yeah, I'm not losing much sleep over this. Presidents get perks, and that kinda trickles down to the First Lady. Deal with it.

How much did Laura Bush spend on any of her trips while First Lady? Nancy Reagan? Rosalynn Carter? How much is spent on their protection now that they're former First Ladies? Until you can show Michelle Obama's expenditures are completely out of line with them, you haven't got a leg to stand on.

Ranting about how much Michelle Obama spends without detailing how much more it is than other First Ladies' expenditures on overseas trips does indeed smack of more than just a touch of bias.
