Troubles Adding Techs

Tried adding a test tech it is set up between bronze working and iron working. but appears at the beginning of thee tree.

II have not set up the pedia entries yet.

Anyone know what it is appearing there?

Clicked on Iron working and you can see it is #3 on the list.

The cost of Techs determins the horizontal position a tech has on the tree. I'm guessing your test tech has a low cost. Hense its at the begining.
