Turkish folk music

I just recently realized it was something I wanted to explore.

If requestable, I'd personally like some recordings that are more of a pure feel than modern pop versions of it. Anyone know anything about it?

- Also, even though this is probably where the thread belongs, I know I might get better responses in OT. Can I ask a generic mod to move the thread if nothing else fails?

I don't know much about traditional music, but there are a couple Jannisary Marches on youtube that are nice.
