Forgive me if this is the wrong way to ask ... it's been a long time since I have been active here. I was playing and got this start and it is SOOOOO slow ... Can I get some advice on how to proceed? Maybe a starting plan?

Since the warrior stands on pig, I do not get why would try to move, more so on low difficulty.

Forget clam, go worker first and research Hunting>AH. A few iddle worker turns won't hurt too much between pigs and cows both food and production is decent.

Can even work the clam for a few turns to speed up research. Overall start is only a couple turns slower than a standard start with strong long-term food and cows for hammers.

EDIT: This being Prince, is working the clams necessary? Cost of Hunting + Animal Husbandry should be 144? And we can work the cow for commerce while building worker so AH should come in same turn as worker finished. Carthage starts with mining so can tech Bronze Working while growing to size 4/5 and then two pop whip the settler. Can probably build work boat for clams right away after worker since there's production from cows and barb defense shouldn't be a big problem on Prince.

AH resources often look tricky for a leader who has no Agri or Hunt in his starting techs. I understand OP's confusion .

BW first and mining that hill pig is probably not a bad idea, especially with these forests around the capital plus the possibility to find copper. FIN clam is 4 :food: 3 :commerce:, a decent tile to work. But I wonder if the tech cost at prince level will allow people to get Hunt-AH in 15 turns or less...? If Hunt-AH can be done before T15, then AH first is reasonable as well. Of course, if the warrior finds some corn or wheat, Agri-AH will be better.
Here is an example of coastal double clams + AH resource start : the leader is Churchill, not Hannibal, but Churchill and Hanni have the same starting techs (fishing + mining). You'll see in that video the human player built worker first while researching BW, then sent the worker to chop workboats.

The capital has many water tiles - good for the short term :commerce: but weak for the long term, as water tiles have much less potential than grassland cottages. In this case you might want to try "coastal economy" with the Colossus and/or TGL . At prince level however, a more efficient way to solve this problem would be sending your axes or chariots to capture some nice inland cities from your neighbours, if you have capital copper or horse and the AIs are close :sniper:.
