As many of you have likely noticed, I have not had much time in recent weeks to dedicate to playing the saves on a regular basis. I do not foresee any changes to this in the near future.
I consider the playing of the game to be not only one of the most important roles of the President of this nation, but also a great honor. For it is indeed an honor to be entrusted with such great responsibility by all of you.
It is for this reason, that I feel obligated to step down as President. I do not wish to dishonor this nation nor the memory of my presidency by failing to perform my duties to the fullest of my ability and at a level consistent with what each of you expect and deserve.
I will continue to support this team and contribute in any way possible, including the occasional "playing of the save" if you shall permit me to do so. However, I can no longer commit myself to the time needed to perform these duties on a daily basis.
