And the C3B galley near Iron Island hasn't dropped off units and is till there.

I don't think so; CGN and CDZ have a right of passage.
I assume Miccofl means the screen of Brazilian boats.

We need to trade with them, otherwise the game will be lost imo. We need Engineering and may be something else if we are going to part with Feudalism. If they need horses, they could have traded them from CDZ since CDZ has a few sources iirc 2 it were. Well, indeed CGN does not need anything, the only thing they are afraid of might be backstabbing by CDZ which is highly unlikely. Otherwise, they just rock and roll to their win without any problems.

Edited: Since they are Celts, they should be avoiding Feudalism for as long as reasonable possible for they lose the ability to build their unique units, gallic swordsman.

I remember CDZ claiming they'll get Feudalism in a different deal. That would logically indicate: from C3B, not from CGN as CGN won't be eager to go for Feud.

Not utterly true, I knew negotiations was tricky so I leaked out our intention to invade in West. This was misleading information I suspected they would leak to C3B, hence their strong concentration SW.

Thus, they have placed the majority of their forces SW.
However, CDZ has played us unfairly, they have refused to set up a meeting, refused to trade luxuries, refused to trade techs, refused to let their navy cooperate and so on.
I tried to give them a window to negotiate from, but they may consider us a real competitor. I suggest we cooperate with CGN as much as we can.
