Railroad 2 more tiles east of SKWTD so we can reach Polecat. CV Ocyrhoes uses his last movement point to capture the cannon next to Polecat and fires it at the pikeman – misses.

3/4 cavalry (after cannon hits) vs. 4/4 pikeman -> 2/4 cav, pikeman dead.
¾ cavalry (after cannon hits) vs. 4/4 longbow -> ¾ cav, longbow dead.
4/4 cavalry vs. 4/4 longbow -> 4/4 cav, longbow dead.

We capture Polecat and liberate 19 gold and 2 cannons.
 
2/4 cavalry walks up to Ignoramus, but it is defended by a 4/4 musket, so he doesn’t attack. Instead find healthy units.

4/4 cavalry vs. 4/4 musket -> 4/4 musket, ¼ cavalry.
4/4 cavalry vs. 4/4 musket -> 3/5 cavalry, musket dead.

We capture Ignoramus and liberate 20 gold.
 
I don’t see any more 2/4 cavalry, so I go to ¾ - a ¾ cavalry walks into the undefended town of Crackhead and liberates 20 gold.

Is it just me? Or did we just essentially wipe the mighty KISS empire totally off our continent in 2 turns?

I guess we can switch a LOT more of those cavalry builds to settlers, and turn most of those cannon builds into workers or settlers for filling up all our wide open new land!
 
Go to the previous railroad end point and extend another tile north. A ¾ cavalry walks into Notthefullshilling and liberates 20 gold.
 
Go back to the end point before the last northern extension and extend SE. ¾ cavalry walks into Idiote and liberates 21 gold.
 
They can't attack from a galley - all they can do is land troops for us to slaughter our next turn. Our cities are safe from ships until marines.
 
That’s all for the easy towns – 3 towns to go, and they are all defended. CV Persephone is not on the rail network, but he can reach Nincompoopicity.

He was the only healthy cav who could reach without a railroad, so I railroad E-N of Swampland.

4/4 cavalry vs. 4/4 pikeman ->1/4 cavalry, pikeman dead.

We capture Nincompoopicity and 14 gold.
 
I still can't believe we got Leos....
(I won't be able to process our amazing victories elsewhere until I get past this point...)

This opens up such amazing possibilities for us... thousands and thousands of gold saved in upgrading all our Hoplites to Rifles... and our Cannons to Artillery (someday) and.... oh..... :drool:

Effing Whomping Rower is still KISS-owned. There are at least 7 KISS units outside EWR (pikeman on the mountain next to EWR, longbow and musket east and west of EWR, musket N of SKWTD, and 3 MDI in the Polecat area. They also have an awful lot of workers (at least 20) that I would love to enslave before KISS can disband them. We can grab some with hoplites and MDI, but many require cavalry. I guess I’ll go after EWR first, and then grab as many workers as I can, but I really love slaves.
 
hmmm... yeah - slaves are beautiful... but I think we want to complete our total conquest first.
Just for the psychological effect on the Nuts if nothing else!
 
Although – I'd maybe leave the Pike on the Mountain, unless you can redline him with Cannons and have a MDI that you don't need to grab a worker.
