Nothing new. I was in a hurry, and no one in #civfanatics was really interested, so there was no turn chat, per se.

The warrior is done, and is exploring. He's found some furs that look promising.

The worker is on some bonus grasslands to build a road before expansion.

Oh, it's awfully hilly to the SE! You made a good choice sending the warior SW. Our second city may well be SW rather than E or SE as I thought. We're already down south so there may well be tundra on the other side of that mountian range. We need our next warrior to explore N or NE.

I must say ,this game is going at a very good speed for the moement ,keep up the good work.

About our starting location ,i actually havn't got CivIII anymore ,although i still know enough about it to play this game.But ,a screeny would be nice.(hmm maybe i should check the forum better)

We can't really schedule turn chats as we never know ahead of time when we will get the save. I think the system that is evolving is Octavian gets the save and looks through the last turn thread (the thread like this one) to see what actions should be taken. I think he's also going to the civfanatics chat room to see if any team members are there. If so then they hold a chat in the MSDG chat room. Octavian has been playing our turn and sending the save off to the German team within an hour of getting the save.

I would say the next move for our warrior would be to the forest to the NW. I would hate to see a barb show up 2 tiles away from Sacred Forest when our garrison is 3 tiles away.

Anyone know what size map this is? It looks like it's not that big.

I think its a standard size since there are 8 teams.

I would recommend just going W or S, clearing the most fog of darkness
