Turn One Orders

After first looking at this screen I thought that the best place would be A. But now looking at it again, I can see that B is the best place. We lose the definite sea port city. but we possibly could be looking at a shielded grassland South of us. If that is the case we will have a very good Capital to start. If not, we still have use of both resources currently there. Now to figure a way to change my vote in "after goody hut poll".

Maybe we will be lucky, and have a map like this:

If that were to happen I think we would have the best placement we could possibly hope for, I have a feeling that it will be a lake (hope I am wrong) , but that will give us the ability to build a harbor later, and still get some food bonus. It is worth the risk in my opinion.:D

Since the Hut poll was obviously going one-sided ,i made the diccision to ram the blloody settler into the hut ;)

Settler has 0 movement points ,horseman has 2 :)

This means work for the exploration dep. .(post a poll of where horseman goes.

Take the hut and see what happens - if we get a mercenary it can show us a bit more of the map. Then we make another decision based on what we know.

Edit: as usual andycapp's timing is impecable - good work Prez! :goodjob:

I say down (2) then probably downright (3). To me the first move is a given. This will show the most map and uncover one of the spots that could hold another resource. After that, I say we give it to Duck to decide the second part of the move. It will take forever if we have to vote on each part of a units' move. I know the begining is critical, but I think we can trust the Duck to do a good job.

I suggest the horsemen moves one space due south and the we make another decision. This humble citizens's reasoning is that we should explore the area nearest the Settler to determine the possibility of founding a city ASAP.

After moving as suggested we then evaluate our new knowledge of the terrain and decide on the horsemens final move.

the pony must be a sign from the gods. let´s conquer the world.
