Continue 0% research. Use the money for bribes, mercenaries, rushes and whatnot. Should theory of evolution be built this turnchat, atomic theory and electronics are to be our free techs. Then, set research to the cooperation and stop the chat (unless we're mere turns from victory).

Peace Treaties: If it is to our benefit to make Peace then do so, just don't give them more than they give us.
Alliances/MPPs/ROPs/Trade Embargos: Don't make any.
War Declarations: As everyone is at war with us we're not likely to get any more of these unless we make peace first. If we do make peace at any point, don't declare war, let the AI do that that and break the treaty if they wish.
Demands: Dont pay any.
Espionage Missions: If these become available the DP may use them as necessary.
