Salamanca: Keep building tanks.
Vandopolis: Keep building tanks.
Ela Springs: Factory (rush on turn 0 - 484g). Bank (rush on turn 2), University (rush on turn 4), Airport
Civantoria: Keep building destroyers.

Last chat? No, it's traditional to stop at the brink and schedule a separate victory chat so all the citizens who want to can attend.

Please stop at least one turn before the UN completes so we can analyze the save and discuss any final actions which need to be taken prior to a vote.

More to follow...
[edit] Sorry about the edit being less than 1 hour before, my wife isn't feeling well and have had baby duty.

Let MPP / ROP expire. If anyone offers us a MPP/ROP, change the deal to swapping WM.

I dunno why we have any rush requests, but CT insisted. Ela Springs: Factory (rush on turn 0 - 484g). Bank on turn 2, University on turn 4.

Crank the Science up to 90%. We can afford it. We have 20K gold, for goodness sake!

PS: I advise starting the prebuild in Zojoji immediately. If we start the Palace now and crank Science up to 90%, we'll be able to finish the UN in 8 turns.

Zarnia Province, 1630 A.D.

Fanatikku
Build Queue: Airport, Worker, Wealth/Military Units as needed

Zojoji
Build Queue: Switch Battleship to Airport during preturn, start Palace prebuild for United Nations (switch to U.N. immedaiately after fusion is discovered) :king:

Immo
Build Queue: Finish tank, Airport, Units as needed.
Special Instructions: After the airport is built, attempt to keep Immo's population at around the size 20/21 level using worker builds as needed.

Furuyama
Build Queue: Hospital, Colosseum, Airport.
Micromanagement: Emphasize food production in the city.

Military Instructions

No war plans ATM since we are in a state of peace.

Any new Aircraft that is produced (Bombers, Fighters, etc) should be rebased to any unfilled carrier. If there are any filled carriers, then leave them where they are. IE Fortify Bombers and set Air-Superiority missions for Fighters.

Maintain the wall of units to keep units from other civs from crossing to the other civ's borders (Which could happen within the turns)

Any Land units build: Move them to the city that is the closest border (Civ to Civ borders)

Any Sea Units: The DP has free useage for coastal naval patrols of our lands.

Be sure that none of our units do not end there turns within another civ's borders, this includes the navy.

All labourer positions are referred to using the following:
compass_small.jpg

I have included some worker actions in the MM instructions for each city as they are tied to labourer positions and growth instructions. The worker actions are all also repeated under the worker tasks heading to enable the DP to identify requests easily.
* If circumstances require, the DP may substitute a Military Unit for Wealth

Shorin-Ryu:
Queue: Fighter (1) > Fighter (1) > Fighter (1) > Wealth*
MM: Shorin-Ryu grows in 2 turns, both remaining tiles are desert so it doesn’t matter which tile the new labourer works. Two Workers may be joined to this city, but other cities in Edo are higher priority.

Corrino
Queue: Bomber (1) > Bomber (2) > Wealth*
MM: Grows in 2 turns, place the new labourer on the hill NNE (S of Duckburg).

En’Gha
Queue: Bomber (1) > Bomber (2) > Wealth*
MM: En’Gha is not growing, so either please irrigate the 2 grassland tiles (NNE and 2NE) to give growth in 14 turns – probably too late for the game, or preferably join 2 Workers or a Settler to the city.

Doomsville
Queue: Bomber (1) > Bomber (2) > Wealth*
MM: None required.

Odawara
Queue: Bomber (1) > Wealth*
MM: Change the 2 Entertainers to be Taxmen,

Duckburg
Queue: change to Coliseum (2) > Airport (2) > Bomber (2) > Wealth*
MM: Move the labourer on the hill N to the mined grassland NNE (this labourer must have got knocked off sometime last session possibly by pollution), please then irrigate the NNE grassland to give growth in 4, when the city grows, place the new labourer on the hill to the N and mine the NNE grassland again to stop growth.

Hill Valley
Queue: Change to Coliseum (4) > Airport (3) > Bank (5)
MM: none required

Izanaga-No-Mikoto
Queue: Hospital (1) > Coliseum (6**) > University (10**)
** times base on reduced production due to irrigation for growth
MM: This city desperately needs to grow, therefore move the labourer from the coast in the NE to the mined grassland in the SSW. Please then irrigate 4 mined grassland tiles to give growth in 1 (then after that in 2 until size 12 when it will take longer). Put new citizens on the coast then sea and finally hill tiles to maintain growth. Please also join Workers and/or Settlers to this town so that it can use all available tiles ASAP. Once the city can use all available tiles, please mine grassland tiles again to balance the population and increase production.

General MM:
Please replace any labourers that are displaced by pollution as soon as the pollution is cleared.
The DP may create specialists as necessary to prevent any city going into a state of disorder.
When a city grows and there are no more tiles available to work, please create Taxmen unless Entertainers are needed to prevent the city going into disorder.

Worker Tasks: The following tasks are requested to be carried out in Edo:
General: Please clear up pollution as quickly as possible.
Izanaga-No-Mikoto: Please irrigate 4 mined grassland tiles. Once the city can use all available tiles, please mine grassland tiles again to balance the population and increase production.
En’Gha: Please irrigate the mined grassland NNE only if workers are not going to be joined to this city.
Duckburg: Please irrigate the NNE grassland, when the city grows, mine the NNE grassland again to stop growth.

Worker/Settler (yes – we still have one) Join requests: Several low growth cities could benefit from Workers or Settlers being joined. In order of priority:
Izanaga-No-Mikoto: This city with the irrigation should be able to grow to size 12 in 5 turns, please then add 7 workers to use all available tiles. The DP may add more workers to use all tiles earlier if it is convienient to do so (eg: 8 in 3 turns, 9 in 1 turn or 10 on turn 0 - if 10 are added on turn 0 then the irrigation of the grassland tiles will not be required)
En’Gha: Please join 2 workers (or a Settler) removing the need for any irrigation.
Shorin-Ryu: Please join 2 workers or a Settler.
If any more Workers need homes, please join them to any city that can support them without starvation

turn 5

Turn 9, 1 turn before UN, movement remaining

we researched fission, changed the prebuild to UN, and stopped at beginning of turn before the UN completes.

Made deals with France, China, America selling Radio for lux / GPT

Now researching computers (like it matters)

There have been several diplomacy changes between the other civs to take into account. Not quite a world war, but it's getting interesting.
