with both the FP and the oasis irrigated LF will generate 5fpt!!! So should be able to run a Warrior/Worker combo at size 5. With 17% waste it will require 6 spt for it to happen and that requires working irr. FP, irr. oasis, mined Sugar and two irrigated plains. That is 27 Worker actions including moves. Adding 12 actions if we are to have roads in all tiles too for our ecomomies sake? With the worker ready in 12 turns it would have the operation finished in between 39 and 51 turns depending on how much roading we want to do and with no extra worker added which is highly unlikely since the timeframe suggest additional Workers leaving the production line. I just wanted to do the maths so we have something to relate to when planning.
EDIT: Our territory is sure Worker friendly with lots of surplus food generating tiles. So sure I am all for having more than 1 Worker per location during the buildup phase. With all the jungle added to teh equation there is definitely no risk they will become idle.
