Can you give a list of the various small mods you have active. It looks like they are mostly WHoward's stuff, there shouldn't be any issue with those, but you never know.
The main files, are they the latest from GitHub?
There must be a reason. I don't want to leave you in a lurch. If I can at least replicate your installation I might be able to catch the bug.

That is the exhaustive list right there above. Don't think it was the mod mod because it was doing that before I installed that.
