Hi, i wanna create two new very different scenarios.
The first is about a third world war - ive been reading "the third world war, 1985", and feel inspired.
I need units from the mid-eighties for the chinese, soviets (Warsaw Pact), americans, europeans (NATO), south east asians (SEATO), arabs and neutrals. Does ne1 no a site where i can get info about these kinda troops? or could sum1 email me at polos_21@hotmail.com
The second is very exciting and, i hope, original. I wanna make a sort of city-fight scenario for the fall/siege of various cities, eg berlin, paris, stalingrad, constantinople, syracuse, etc.
i think i would have to have important public buildings as cities, they probably wouldn't be able to build much - maybe clerks, refugees, gunmen as units. They could maybe build extensions, departments, offices, managers as city improvements. I dont know if or how id change the city screen - theres some pretty fundamental hard coding to be broken. if ne1 nows how to adjust such things id be glad to hear from them.
also, is ne1 good at designing cities and terrain? (say grassland becomes roads, plains residential housing, mountains office blocks, etc.) resources could be a pain in the neck.
so, if ne1 has ne info or ideas, please say!
