Two questions!

1. How do I turn off clouds on the world view? I can't draw lines or place signs effectively with the clouds in my way.

2. When launching a nuke, do I just have to wait for the nuke to explode before I can switch to another unit? I'd rather just switch to my next unit instead of watching the animation each time. Because of this, I avoid building nukes.

1. Use CivScale. It can be easily found in the Downloads -> Civ4 -> Utilities section, I believe.

2. I have no experience with nukes.

2) Turning off the combat animations would probably be what your looking for.

But I love seeing the nuke explode! I just recently turned off combat animations (at least on offense) and I have yet to try to nuke someone. Does turning off combat animations completely remove the nuke animation too?

quick test in world builder should answer your question, im too lazy to do it though :\
