Makes up for all the times you didn't get one. Nice going!

Yes, it was reportet several times before.Typing in "2 SGLS" or similar words should bring up a lot of threads in the search engine.Especially for a scientific civ it isn that unlikely...1/400 for two first dicovered techs in a row. With a substantial tech lead, you can get this chance many times in a game.

In a row, yes, but not in one turn. There are only two chances per game maximum for 2 SGLs in one turn: discovering Philosophy first and completing the Theory of Evolution.

:goodjob:

Sure is nice when the RNG likes you, huh?

That still leaves just a bit under 1% chance PER GAME of getting twice in a turn with a scientific civs that gets philo and a new tech first +ToE and same.
Which explains why we get this thread about every month or so by newer posters :)

I suppose it could. That makes the maximum number of SGLs in one turn four - one from a tech researched, two from ToE and one from a Sci civ's Modern Era free tech.

How is that possible? Does is not seem to be a waste of Darwins Voyage?
