Two unique units?

Ok I went to the site and saw that some civilizations have more than one unique unit while some are missing unique buildings. Is this intentional or is it still incomplete?

i think it is intentional. some civ get extra buildings instead of units, depending on the effect of those building... might be interesting... I personally like extra buildings to unit, I am a builder person...

I also like the extra unique unit. It gives the game more flavor.
