Ed has said that there will be 12 types of districts. At this point I can think of the following:

1.Campus
2.Commercial
3.Theater
4.Holy Site
5.Aqueduct
6.Industrial
7.Harbor
8.Suburb
9.Airport
10.Spaceport
11.Encampment

That leaves one more. Am I forgetting one that's already been revealed? Or does anyone have any guesses on what the 12th one might be?

We don't know the last district. There were speculations. My favorite one is Nuclear Silo.

There is no district called the suburb. There's a tile improvement called a neighborhood; maybe that's what you're thinking of.

Missing from your list is a district called the entertainment complex that increases the number of amenities in a city, allowing it to have a higher max population.

Some have speculated that the last district will be for buildings that decrease the amount of intrigue spies can generate in your cities, like the constabulary and police station from Civ 5.

Others have guessed that the last district will be for the production of nuclear weapons, similar to how the spaceship parts are produced in the spaceport district.

As Ivan Hunger said, you're missing the entertainment complex, while it's still unknown whether the Neighborhood is the last district or a tile improvement.

It's tile improvement, we've seen them.

It's an open question actually. It have some characteristics you would expect from tile improvements, like having multiple around a city, but also some characteristics of district, like the color coding, not being able to build wonders and districts over them and what looks like buildings in a recent video.

My guess for the 12th is the Courthouse. Courthouses add amenities to noncaptial cities and lower stealing chance.

Courthouse (Classical)
-Sheriff's Office (Medieval) or Constabulary (Rennaissance)
-Police Station (Modern)
-Intelligence Agency (Information)

Do you have a source for this? Or are you suggesting this as an addition to the game? If the latter, this really belongs in the Ideas & Suggestions forum (there are numerous possible threads).

It's a guess, he said it straight away, just like the nuclear silo and spy base are guesses.

Personally, my speculation is that the 12th district is the National Park (though I realize that it's unlikely).

Yes, I think it is unlikely. Remember that a district has to be something that can hold 3 buildings. I am not sure what buildings you would put in a national park that would make sense. The national park seems like more of a tile improvement to me.

The nuclear silo seems more likely as the 12th district. Perhaps, instead of buildings, the nuclear silo would hold up to 3 nuclear missiles.

It is my guess for the unknown district as requested by the TV.

Firaxis said "all" the main CivV mechanics would come back so I expect to see tech stealing and/or rebellious conquered cities.

Wouldn't the entertainment district and the theater district be the same one? That'd mean we are actually missing two districts in this list.

It seems the entertainment district is for happiness (aka amenities) buildings and the theater district for cultural buildings. (I think.)

Entertainment complex contains the likes of the Zoo, Hippodrome/stadium and/or circus/fairgrounds. We've only seen two of the builds by my estimate and the one that isn't the zoo is hard to place.

Theater Square contains an Amphitheater, Museum, and whatever the American Film Studio replaces.

i think the 12th district is the neighbourhood after all since it shares the same style of icon as the other districts in the development trees

Look at the civic trees' Urbanization. The green housing logo there most likely refer to this missing 12th district... where Katniss Everdeen live.

That's the neighbourhood district that adds housing for the city and basically represents suburbs / towns. There is no limit to the number if neighbourhoods you can build if I recall correctly.
