Ui Didnt load error. V9.6

Hi

My game is 1.0.1.348 version and mod 9.6 and it says Ui didnt load! in top of my screen when i start the game and i cant choose anything to build for. So the hammer in right dont work and neither is 'choose production' in city screen. Whats wrong?

I'm running it in directx 10/11 and my operating system is win 7 64bit.

The current version of Civ is 1.0.1.383. Please update Civ, and if you still encounter the problem, look over the rest of the Common Checklist.
