UI Error during loading

When I load up my game I get an error during the loader that says "Failed to load python module CvEventInterface". This is a new error, as I've had this game since launch and have yet to have any problems.

I know I installed a UI mod recently, I just can't remember which one. I did a search for the file and found 6, all of which were located in the following folders:

D:\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Assets\Python\EntryPoints
D:\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Mods\American Revolution\Assets\Python\EntryPoints
D:\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Mods\Desert War\Assets\Python\EntryPoints
D:\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Mods\Greek World\Assets\Python\EntryPoints
D:\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Mods\Tutorial\Assets\Python\EntryPoints
D:\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Mods\Random Events\Assets\python\entrypoints

I don't know if I'm missing one, or if one of them is messed up. I do have the Random Events mod loading on startup, so it could be that.

This error wouldn't be a huge problem, if it weren't for the fact that I get no UI while in the game. All I see is the map and units/cities/etc., nothing else.

Anybody have any ideas?
