UI not loaded

I played CivUP 1.31 with no trouble but had ver 1.36.

Start game with no trouble, but once settled, message appeared on top of the screen which saying "UI not loaded See http:/...".

What should I do?

Nobody but me reporting this trouble on the forum.
I should have done something bad.
But what I did is downloaded MOD and installed in the game downloader from online.

Clear cache and moduserdata folder.
Delete and then reinstall the mod.

All should work now.
