UI Scaling and other tweaks.

I'm running at a pretty high resolution (1900xsomething widescreen). Civ 4 looks great, but the UI scale is silly small. Is there a mod or some other way to change the scale of the UI? How about the font sizes used? Or to move the some of the info boxes (the messages in the upper left, the tooltips, etc.)?

I've just been playing Civ 4 for a few days and just started checking out this site yesterday. Please forgive my ignorance.

Have you tried CivScale? Be sure to get the latest version (3.0)

If you are just getting into Civ4 and obviously have a good computer & monitor then I would also recommend the Blue Marble mod which is from the same modders as CivScale. Check it out & welcome to the forum.
